Shipping Policy:

At Fumot Online Store, we offer free shipping for all orders. We understand the importance of timely delivery. Our shipping process is divided into two key segments:

  1. Processing Time: Once you place your order, our dedicated team will process it within 1 to 3 business days. During this time, we carefully prepare your order for shipment.

  2. Delivery Time: After processing, your order will be dispatched for delivery. Please allow approximately 10 to 20 business days for your package to reach you. Please note that we do not ship orders during weekends. ( From November to January every year, it is close to the Christmas and New Year holidays. The logistics timeliness in these three months will be significantly longer, and the package delivery time may be extended to 25-35 days. Hope you understand.)

Due to logistical constraints, we're currently only able to serve specific regions such as Most of Europe, Israel, Japan, and more. Please see the Shipping Policy Page for available countries and regions

Vapes are regulated commodities in most areas, and the logistics generally take a long time. We managed to deliver a package to a customer in the UK in just 8 days, whereas it took 35 days to deliver a package to a remote island. Hope you understand.
